Commission Info
All prices are in USD. Payment is done exclusively through PayPal invoices and is expected in full after the commission is accepted. Some commissions may entail extra charges in the case of excessive detail, complicated designs, or other add-ons requiring more work than usual.Monochromatic portraits and busts are currently offered only on Toyhouse. Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Failure to abide by the TOS will result in your privileges of posting the art being revoked.> You are purchasing the right to personal use of your commission. The artist retains the full and exclusive right to copyright ownership. You may not use the art for NFTs, AI generation, commercial usage, or anything that violates TOS.> You will not modify the art excessively (adding your own elements, significantly changing the colors, etc) without first seeking permission. Cropping is fine, but cropping in a way that removes the watermark is not. The cropping rule does not apply when using your commission as an avatar/PFP.> You will always provide credit when posting the art.> You understand that there will be no refunds outside of the artist being unable to complete the commission. Failure to abide by my TOS is not grounds for a refund.> The artist reserves the right to decline a commission for any reason.> Two updates will be provided per commission unless requested otherwise ahead of time. Once after the sketch is complete, and then again after the grayscale painting is complete. It is your responsibility to ask for changes at these times. The artist will not perform major edits at the end because you failed to ask.> Please ensure that your references are up-to-date and accurate. This is especially important when ordering for a character without an existing design. These are not design commissions, and as such, the artist will be drawing the character based off of what you have provided as reference.> If there is a specific deadline you need, you must indicate this at the time of ordering. Strict deadlines may result in additional charges.
